CAROB POWDER

We offer carob sourced from Spain. Carob is organic and available as powder. Carob is extracted from the carob tree. Carob comes from the sleeve of this tree and once it’s dried, the sleeve is ground into a fine powder. Carob powder contains fibers, minerals and vitamins. The flavour is a little bit sweet and it can be used instead of chocolate powder.
